I have an event that ran from 2 to 4 July. Its status is now “Expired”, as it should be.
However, I still need to sell (one type of) tickets for this event. This is because some participants, due to various bureaucracy issues, are only able to pay now.
I did take care to change the dates of the relevant ticket to make sure it is still active, but to no avail. The registration page for the event still shows “We’re sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired”.
I would assume that the case of participants who need to pay after the event is over is a fairly common one, and as such anticipated by EE.
I looked everywhere but I don’t seem to find any setting able to change this. Is the only solution changing the event end date to make it active once again? I would prefer to leave that one as is.
Thanks in advance for your time and help.
António.
That’s right, Your client cannot register if the Event is expired. You cannot use Attendee mover nor manually registration too. You have to change the ticket sale and datetime to make it available.
Awesome. If you need anything, feel free to reach us again..
thanks
