1) We are having trouble with event times sticking. They keep defaulting to beginning at 3:00 AM. Screenshot below
2) We are having trouble updating our plugin. Although we have registered our product, the new releases aren’t showing up described as you would think in WordPress Updates. It reads:

You’re screenshots show 2 event times within the event, did you manually add the second or does that automatically show when you create an event?
When you use older versions of Event Espresso 3 with the latest versions of WordPress you can run into an issue where you have multiple event times and multiple prices shown on the ‘New Event’ screen, if that is happening on your site and then you are removing/updating them it would show as the above issue.
ok, on your site go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Search for ‘Support License Key:’
Is there a me set there? Does it match the key on your account page?
Right now your license key is not assigned to your site, so it wont allow updates through the plugins menu. if the key is set above and it does match then something may be blocking the request sent from your site to our licensing server but we’ll touch on this shortly if needed.
Yes, the license keys matched. For whatever reason, the WP plugins area showed that I had an update available today that wasn’t there last week. I ran the update, and the new event times seem to be sticking as you would expect. Thank you for your help!
