Is there a way for an event to allow someone to purchase an event sponsorship or multiple sponsorships for a single event without actually purchasing an event ticket?
We have a fundraising event that people can purchase tickets for. We would like them to be able to purchase tickets as well as one or more sponsorships or purchase just sponsorships with no ticket purchase. Then, if they purchase one or more sponsorships, they will enter details (who the sponsorship is in memory of) for each sponsorship purchased. Does that make sense?

Hello,
Event Espresso has a feature called multiple date times and tickets so you could create a separate pricing option and datetime to handle the sponsorships.
You can see an example of that here where there is regular pricing and then an option for sponsors:

If you have many different sponsorships, then you could create a separate event and then include a link to that event within the original event’s description.

Hello,
I think the page you linked to is exactly what I would want. But, where that has a hole sponsor, I would have say sponsorship level 1, then another sponsorship level 2 and sponsorship level 3. But, I would need a different set of questions for these sponsorship levels than what a regular ticket purchase would get. I know how to create question groups.
Can you tell me exactly how I create the different sponsor levels to work like the hole sponsor does on the page you linked to?

It may be helpful if you could give me a screen shot that includes “Event Tickets & Datetimes” as well as the “Available Tickets” sections with the advanced settings for the “hole sponsor” tickets expanded so I can see how that golf page is configured.

Hi there,
The event Lorenzo linked to just has an additional ticket for the sponsors – http://take.ms/odd8x
You can assign the ticket to its own individual datetime to separate it out from ‘general’ ticket sales if needed and you can also add multiple tickets to provide multiple ‘levels’ as requested, however:
But, I would need a different set of questions for these sponsorship levels than what a regular ticket purchase would get.
Currently questions are assigned per event, not ticket, so you can not have different sets of questions based on the ticket selection at this time.

Apologies, I did. I’ve edited the above reply in-case any future readers view the thread.
We do have questions based on tickets on our feature request board here:

However it is currently not a part of Event Espresso.
