Event Spaces not updating after cancellation or transfer

Hi,

This issue is very urgent for my client.

When they transfer people from one event to another or when they cancel a user from an event.

The space for the Event is not clearing.

This is creating a serious problem, that they can’t sell out their events.

Are you able to please provide a solution how these spaces can be cleared which are cancelled or transferred.

Hi there,

The spaces should automatically update but the event may not switch out of ‘Sold out’ status automatically, it depends if the admin has saved the event since the status was set to sold out (in which case its considered an admin action and will not automatically be switched).

So before digging into this, can you confirm how you know the space hasn’t cleared?

Have you checked the sold values on the event or just the event status?
