Event Sold Out but no active-status

Hi,

One of the courses on my site has sold out but the orange active-status that says “Sold Out” (ee-status event-active-status-DTS) isn’t showing. I recently had two pending payments which I have now deleted and had the following message in the page.

“Please note that the Event Status has automatically been changed to Sold Out because there are no more spaces available for this event. However, this change is not permanent until you update the event. You can change the status back to something else before updating if you wish.”

Any ideas on how I can show the sold out active-status?

Hi Tim,

Go to the event via the event editor and update the event to sold out (top right area of event editor) and then save changes.

Thanks for the quick reply Lorenzo. It was already set to Sold Out but re-saving it sorted it out. Thanks!
