Hello!
After the last EE and WordPress update, the sidebar widget on our home page has developed some formatting issues in certain browsers. I am on a MAC running Catalina v10.15.7 and the widget viewed in Safari and Firefox browsers has no display problems. My client is on a PC using Chrome and another employee is on the most recent MAC system. Both of them see what is in the screenshot (link to Dropbox file below) It is like the description text is ‘leaking’ up the side… https://www.dropbox.com/s/bm0n05fj9fndf92/Screen%20Shot_SBF_event_widget.png?dl=0

You guys have helped me make CSS tweaks over the years as WordPress etc updated and messed up the EE formatting. Are you able to diagnose this particular issue for me? Thanks for your help. The page that the sidebar shown in the attached screenshot lives on is: https://soilborn.org

There is another instance of the widget on this page: https://soilborn.org/events/native-plants-walk-4-30-22/
I assume because the description text is not being used in that widget, the text leakage is not happening.

Thanks for your help, Gilda

Hi Gilda,

Adding something like this:

.ee-upcoming-events-widget-li {
    padding-right: 1em;
}

Should fix the above for you and you can add that to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.
