I have an event showing up as sold out. I have checked the back end and the limit is set higher than the number registered. Not sure why it’s showing as sold out.
Can you link me to the event in question, please?
Also if you can add a screenshot of the event date and ticket sections I’ll take a look.
Hello – I saw this on the forums and wanted to report the same/similar issue. A client reported this to me earlier today:
I don’t have any screenshots, as the client has reported that the issue fixed itself after the steps described above. But it’s obviously a concern if this happens again.
