I have an event showing up as sold out. I have checked the back end and the limit is set higher than the number registered. Not sure why it’s showing as sold out.
Hello – I saw this on the forums and wanted to report the same/similar issue. A client reported this to me earlier today:
We had someone ask about our Tuesday night event, saying that the class was saying “Sold Out”. Except the event wasn’t sold out. It was showing as Sold Out but we had only sold 5 of the 7 tickets, and the capacity was set at 7.
I clicked on the calendar icon on the ticket, to see if it was the ticket sales dates that had got set wrong but it showed start 21st Jan, and end 27th Feb. When i clicked cancel to close the calendar, the tickets stopped showing Sold Out realising there were 2 spaces left.
I don’t have any screenshots, as the client has reported that the issue fixed itself after the steps described above. But it’s obviously a concern if this happens again.
