Event set up issue

Hi, we have a client with the following issue:
I’m having trouble setting up a new event as an in-active event. Even though I save it as a new event, it disappears from the overview.

Any hints on what the client needs to do? Thanks!

Hi there Rob,

I believe this is occurring because the default view shows active events.

Could you ask your client to adjust the view filters to see if the inactive events appear?
