Hi,
I have a question about a scenario and what’s possible:
We have several companies that attend the same event and are entitled to free seats based on their sponsorship level and once the free seats are gone then they must buy a ticket. Each company purchases a sponsor package prior to the event such as “gold, silver, platinum” are entitled to 2,4,8 free seats.
I’m trying to work through how to use the default functionality to achieve most of our goal then custom develop whatever is left.
My question is:
Can we create those group packages and then dynamically create a package for each company? In other words, Company A, B, C are all gold partners and attend event 1. I need a way for each of the them to have their own event registration without re-creating the same event manually for each company.

Hi,
Hmm, I’m not sure I understand quite what you’re trying to achieve…but what about using the Promotion Code system to get a free ticket? You could set the number of times a promotion code could be used then they have to pay for a ticket? That way you could use the same event.
