Event Reporting not showing anything

When viewing the Event Registrations and selecting the Report Tab, nothing displays, both graphs simply state: Total Registrations per Day
There are currently no registration records in the last month for this report.

We had 251 registrations for our event in the current month. Is there any setup required for this?

If I go to the Transactions option and select Reports, I get event and transaction details, but this is for all events. I need to be able to see just the transactions for a specific event.

Hi there,

The report tab isn’t going to give you a list of registrations for a specific event. You can get a list of registrations for a specific event by going to Event Espresso → Events, then find the event, then click on the Registrations link that appears when you hover over the event.

Yes, I am aware of that, but the reports tab does NOT work

What does the Reports tab do under the Event Registrations view? I am looking for total revenue and totals registrations for a specific event

Here’s how you can troubleshoot this:

You install the Health Check plugin from your WP → Plugins → Add New page. Then you go to WP → Dashboard → Heath Check → Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso only via the Health Check’s Troubleshooting item in the WP admin bar. At that point you check to see if the issue persists.
