Re this ticket: https://eventespresso.com/topic/registration-form-answers-not-in-event-report/ I am still having issues – when I pull the report I am missing the odour details – when i click on this registration on the web site i see an entry for this – but not in report?

Hi Sue, I’m sorry you’re still running into problems, may I ask, which specific report are you using? For example, are you running a filtered report or a full report? Or are you viewing the registrations for the specific event in question and running either or filtered or full report from there? |

Hi Tony am running a full report but nothing is showing for some of the entries in the ODOUR field….wierd |
The full report of all registrations? So Event Espresso -> Registrations -> All Registrations CSV Report?
We don’t currently have a way to automatically send a CSV report so this would need custom development. |

yes thats ok Tony but please confirm what role your account needs to be? |
Any role that has full access to Event Espresso, by default that would be an administrator account but if you’ve created another with access that would also be fine. |

Hi Sue, Apologies for the delay, I was able to log in fine. However, I can’t see any issue with the setup so I’ve been trying to reproduce the same setup locally to see if I can reproduce (no luck so far). I’d like to take a quick look at the queries and log the details used to pull the data in for the CSV but for that, I’ll need to add some code to the site and log to a file (which I’ll then remove). Would that be ok? If so I’ll need FTP credentials so I can dig a little deeper, you can resend the details using the same form: |

No problem 🙂 Just to note, we don’t keep log in details for any longer than we need them, the credentials you sent me have been deleted so you may also want to remove the account you created for me. |
