Event reminder not sending

I set up a custom message and it is on for registrants. The custom message is chosen in this event, as the reminder email. But not message was sent out? Thank you!

Do you see any error on your EE dashboard?

Go to your EE -> Messages -> view the email that was sent and error if any.

No errors. The messages are not even qued to send.
