Hi,
I’m having trouble removing the social icon boxes “Connect with us” from the email templates that are sent out upon registration/payment for an event… I’ve found where to edit the emails/templates, but there doesn’t seem to be an option visible for that social box. Please help. Thanks
The above template is in Event Espresso –> Messages –> Registration Approved and then click on Registrant.
The steps are similar for the registration payment message type:
Event Espresso –> Messages –> Payment Received and then click on Primary Registrant.
If you are seeing something else, then you may be looking at a different template or a different recipient such as the event admin.
