Hello

I have an event registration page (http://www.iseechurch.com/isee-event-registration/?ee=8) that once you submit the details returns a page not found…

I have searched the forum and reviewed and attempted many steps ie.

• recreated events registration page
• disabled widgets
• tried using post/page

I have recently upgraded to the latest version, however it was getting the same problem with the previous version. I have never had this working because of this issue and have only returned to resolve the issue after unsuccessful attempts last year.

Can you please provide some assistance. I have attached the important information below.
