Using WordPress 3.6 (though issue initially found whilst using 3.7) Latest version of EE, with: Calendar, MailChimp Integration, Multi Event Reg, Recurring Events, Social Media and Ticketing add-ons. Intending to use: Genericon’d, FAst Secure Contact Form, Meteor Slides and Mailchimp subscription plug-ins. Test site had all these set up (testing on an iPhone 5, Galaxy S3 and a Nexus so far). All pages working on mobile fine, until you select an individual event from the event listing page, where upon the page doesn’t display full width – it gets compressed over to the left-hand side leaving a strip of the background. The link below is to the newly setup BETA site where I’ve stripped the install back to WordPress 3.6, the theme and Event Espresso to see if it was a plug-in clash. Page behaves exactly the same way. |

Hi, I tested your site on mobile and see the same problem. I checked it in a shrunk down desktop browser window (Firefox and Chrome) and saw no problems. I tested the 2013 theme with Event Espresso on mobile and as suspected I found no problems. As such it is likely some custom CSS in the child theme, possibly media query related. This will be a bug hunt, you’re going to need to go through the modifications/additions made to the CSS and comment them out, test, and so on. |

Just switched site over to original 2013 theme – and it’s behaving in exactly the same way when you click on a specific event. |

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this? If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated. |

Hi, Thanks for the details. It turns out that our own Social Media add on is causing the issue. Plus it seems something has changed with the API as the buttons are not appearing correctly. I have de-activated that plugin on your site. I will notify the developers to look into this. |

Interesting you mention that – had spotted a glitch on those Social Media buttons. All three would show fine if you went to a specific event except when you used the calendar widget to access it. Then it would only show two out of the three buttons missing out the facebook button. |

Yeah, I concur, something is not right. As mentioned I will bring this to the developers attentions. |

Appreciate your time 😉 |
