I have an event scheduled in May and sales started in November. For some reason the event isn’t population to my event registration page. I recently upgraded from EE3 to EE4. Is the process different? This is my event registration page.

Hi there,

Yes that’s correct, the process is different in EE4. Each event has its own URL, here’s your current event’s URL:

https://www.cincinnatisportsmed.com/events/sportsmetrics-pre-conference-2016-2/

One other thing that needs fixing on the site is there’s an invalid domain for site key error from the reCAPTCHA field. You can either deactivate reCAPTCHA in Event Espresso > Registration Forms > Settings or get a correct key from your reCAPTCHA account and correct what’s set in the key field.

Ok that makes sense. One more question. I also have a preconference that day. In the past I could list both events on one page and they could add both to cart. Can they still do that?

Yes you can. You create a new page, then put this shortcode on it:

[ESPRESSO_EVENTS].

Then, to make it so they can add both events to the cart, you go to Event Espresso > Events > Templates and under the heading “Event List Pages” you’ll set “Display Ticket Selector” to Yes, then click Save.
