Event Registration loses CSS in safari, firefox, mobile

Event Espresso version 3.1.34.1.P
WordPress version WP 3.6

I have set up an event here: http://heavenandearth101.com/?page_id=166&ee=1

CSS works fine in Chrome but loses the CSS in Safari, Firefox, and mobile browsers. When it loses the CSS it won’t add a button to submit registration.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
