While registring the event getting the following error. Kindly let us know what is causing the issue.

Hi there,

Generally the above would be caused by either caching or something on the site wiping out transients.

Can you link me to an event I can test a registration on, please?

Hi there,

Just noting that the issue for @Kandil was a conflict with out MailChimp add-on and BackWPUp.

If you have MailChimp enabled on the site check the event editor and see if shows an error in the Mailchimp metabox there, if so, deactivate MailChimp and test another registration to see if works then.

Unfortunately due to timing, I’m missing these events.

Can you create a test event with the start date set to sometime next year and post the link here?

If you set it to either privately published or password protected and post either the password here or send temp login details using this form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

I’ll take a look.

Side note – have you checked the PHP error logs for anything from Event Espresso around the time of the above errors?
