Hi, I am having trouble with event registration emails not being sent to registrants. I am using Mandrill and have noticed other posts referring to a Mandrill plugin but I do not see it in my my pre-release channel. Please help — I have people registering for summer camp and they are getting no confirmation.

Hi Lisa,
Please backup your WordPress and update to the latest software. Then you can install the WP Mandrill plugin:

Hi Lorenzo,
I do have the WP mandrill plugin installed on Version 3.1.36.4.P of EE, and I am still having trouble with registrants receiving the event confirmation email.
I can try updating EE, but it seems this may still be an issue even after the update.

Hi,
Have you made any edits to the Event Espresso core plugin?
Mandrill should be handling all of the emails for your WordPress site.
