Event Registration Details emails

Hi,

Just recently we have been noticing the “Event Registration Details” auto-generated emails are being queued and sent as a batch than at the time of registration. We’re not sure why this changed nor do we know how to change it back to send automatically at the time of registration. Please advise.

Hi Brandon,

The messages queue system runs on a schedule based on traffic that occurs on your site. This is more performant that sending right away.

You can change it to send right away through Event Espresso –> Messages –> Settings. Then update this option:

…and save changes.
