Hi, I have an odd occurrence on a registration page for my event.

Basically, you can see in the middle of the attendee information, there is an option to sponsor a workshop. There are two things that are happening here that I cannot seem to fix. The first being the placement of the option, and the second being that those are not the correct choices. I have changed the listings in the ticket options section of the plugin but it is still pulling old options.
Any help you can provide would be great, I can also give admin access if needed. Thanks!!

Hi Anne,
Please adjust the order of the questions by updating the sequence number for each question (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, and so forth):

This is done when you are editing a question in the WordPress dashboard.
Go to the event that you are editing and double-check that you are editing the correct pricing as standard pricing and member pricing are different.

Hi Lorenzo, thank you for your response. I am afraid I don’t really follow what you are saying here though, can you please elaborate a bit on what I am supposed to do and where it is done? Sorry for my inexperience just want to make sure I am making the correct changes.

A quick question just to clarify.

Is this the pricing options or the options within the ‘Workshop To Sponsor’ dropdown?
The reason I ask is the Pricing options are controlled within the events, the dropdown is basically just a custom question. Which are altered within Event Espresso -> Questions. Altering the ticketing options within the event will not update the dropdown.
Where would you like the dropdown to be placed?
