I am having some issues with payment completion on my website. I’m selling event tickets but for some reason it lets people fill out their name etc. but they are unable to complete the payment. It seems to stop them before they reach the PayPal page and it says “Oooops how embarrassing!” and won’t take them through. How can I fix this so I am not leaving customers discouraged?

Take a look at the comments in the support token reply and then reply to that email and we’ll go from there.
