On my site, heinemannsoccer.com, when I give the option for multiple players in the drop down under registration, I starts with 5 players and moves to 1 Player. But on the registration page it shows the price for 1 Player. I tried switching the order of pricing options in the Event, which worked for the drop down, but then on the registration page it said the price was $495.00.

I want it to show the price for 1 Player on the registration page (as it does now) and I also want the drop down to begin with 1 Player and proceed to 5 Players. How can I do this?

Thanks,

Tom

Hi Tom,

Ordering them in the event editor should enable what you are after. Have you tried creating a new even with the correct order?

When I create an event, i add multiple attendees through the Event Pricing section. I have to add the most attendee first (5) and the least last (1). So that on the page that I put the shortcode for the events the lowest price (1 attendee) shows up. But, when I do this and a visitor goes through the the registration process and they choose the number of attendees in the dropdown menu, then the first in the box is the 5 attendees.

I can’t figure out a way for the first one in the dropdown to be 1 attendee and on the event page the lowest price at 1 attendee shows up as well. They seem to be backwards.

Here is the page https://www.heinemannsoccer.com/register

Thanks in advance!

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for the login details. OK, so I see what you are saying. This seems to be a known issue that hasn’t been resolved yet.

In the mean time, it may be worth checking out here are two code snippets. What they do is change the single price into a price list or price range, e.g.

$100
$200
$300

or

$100 – $300

These will affect the Event List only, so the price order will need to be 1-5.
