Events are not having their payment status updated to complete once Payment to Paypal is completed. This is problem is causing an administrative nightmare. Can you help with this please. Thanks.
I have Registration Id: # 133-57114a498ce57 with payment status of Incomplete and transaction id: 0 but in the log it shows:

Hi there,
Do you happen to have the WP SpamShield plugin installed? If so, you can follow step 13 in the WP-Spamshield documentation:
Are you having trouble with an API call, webhook, or payment gateway getting blocked? We have made every effort to whitelist all of these on major plugins, but in some rare occasions a problem will arise. Try using the option “Disable anti-spam for miscellaneous forms” and see if that helps.

We are not using that plugin. But I was thinking that perhaps wordfence was blocking the responses?

Hello, could you temporarily turn off that plugin and then try resending the IPN from some resent transactions that were not updated?
You can resend through the history screen for the IPN:

Just did the test you suggested and so far it hasn’t made any updates. Just checking the logs and it looks like the IPN Response message is received? But the updates to the event and payment status is still not being made? See details below.

Hi there,
Can you go to the Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Logs tab, and check to see if the IPN response is logged there?

I dont see that option? I am using Event Espresso – 3.1.37.7.P? I went to the Payment Settings page but didnt see an option to go to a Logs tab there. I got the information from the logs by checking the espresso_log.txt file
