Hi,
I completed a test payment on my website last week. EE sent a notification that the payment and registration were complete. The payment went through fine on Paypal. I then refunded the payment through Paypal. 4 days later I get an “Event Payment Details: Your payment failed” email from EE. What would be causing this and how can I prevent it from re-occuring?
Could you please backup your site and update to the current release?
