Event Pages cannot be edited and registration page error (2)

All current events we have open for registrations keep showing “There is a critical error on your website. Learn more about debugging your WordPress.”

Everything else on our website is working properly except for Event Espresso. Please help!

Hi there,

We’ll need the error being thrown above to know what is happening, the one posted is the ‘pretty’ error shown by WordPress when an error is thrown but we need the actual error from the error logs.

Your host will usually have a section in your control panel to view any errors being thrown on the site, do you have access to that?

If not do you have FTP access to your server?
