All of a sudden when you click on any of our event pages they are broken. http://www.specialneedsexpos.com/events/attend-long-island-2018/ This is an example. This is if I click on it from the front end or view from the back end.

Hi Scott,

The event page is loading for me:

If you’re still seeing an http 500 error you can follow this troubleshooting guide:

Hello Josh, I am receiving multiple e-mails daily about this error. I know you were able to access the page. Can you try some different browsers and try to click through to the events directly from the homepage. http://www.specialneedsexpos.com Then click to attend an event. I need to figure out why this happening. Thanks

If you are getting Error 500 that usually means there is a fatal error being thrown so the request can not be complete.

You host will usually provide a method to view the error logs within their control panel, if you look there can you see any errors from EE?

If you don’t have access to those you’ll need to enable WP_Debug on the site so we can see what error is being thrown, to do that you add this snippet:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug

To your sites wp-config.php file using FTP or similar.

Once WP_DEBUG have been enabled we can run another test registration to view the error.

Hi Scott,

If you activate the WordPress Debug Log you’ll be able to log error messages that will shed light on why this is happening:
