Event page showing some people that ticket sales have ended, when they are not

Hi, I have an event coming up on October 2 and have heard from two separate people today that when they try to purchase tickets they get a message that ticket sales have ended. I double checked the back end and our system shows the end date as October 2, 2024 and a ticket sale limit more than double the number we have currently sold.

Hi there,

Do you have a copy/screenshot of the exact message they saw? (The specific wording of the message will matter here)

Looking at your event I can’t see any issues so I either need to be able to reproduce this or see the error they were shown so I can narrow this down some more.

Yes, I do have a screenshot from one of the two. Is there a way to upload an image to this thread?

The message in the screenshot is “We’re sorry, but all ticket sales have ended” in red below the ticket portal.
