Event page not working

I am having trouble with publishing an event in a useful way. Here is the page that I have created: http://www.kspaonline.org/events/2014-2014-kspa-membership/

I am not seeing yet how this would be a registration page for a visitor to the site. Please help as you can.

Hi,

Is the ticket selector disabled for this event?

If not, does this work on another theme such as Twenty Twelve or Twenty Fourteen or is it also broken there?
