Whenever I receive a registration, the email confirmation is not received via email |
Hi there, Is this EE3 or EE4? Which payment method are you using? If you install a plugin such as WP Mail Logging and retest this, can you see the email shown in the log? |

Can you install WP Mail logging on the site and retest then please. The reason I’m asking you to test this is to see if the email is being triggered but not received, or not triggered at all. If its in the mail log then it was triggered and sent from your site. Which authorized.net payment method? |

I thought I responded to this. The email receipts still are not coming through and I am using authrorized.net sims Sorry I can only respond between classes |
Installing the email log won’t fix anything, it simply logs the emails when triggered so it’s expected that they won’t come through still. Can you see the emails in the log? (Tools -> WP Mail Log) |

I see the emails that are sent to the student. However, I do not see the email confirmation that I should be receiving the the event info |
