Event Names not being passed to PayPal

Hello:
We are offering both PayPal and Stripe payment options for our events.
In the Stripe reports, the name of the event is identified in each transaction. In PayPal this is not happening. In the PayPal reports, the “Item Title” is listed as “Shopping Cart”. This makes it difficult to track our income sources. Could you tell me how to fix this?

My Bad.
In PayPal reports, in History -> Download History make sure “Include Shopping Cart details” is checked. For a picture of how to find this setting, see https://support.wildapricot.com/KB/a98/paypal-reports-show-shopping-cart-instead-full-item.asp
