We’re using multiple event registration for a conference (registration and meals are separate), and I updated the registration dates to extend the deadline. It shows “open” under event overview when I log into EE, but it’s disappeared from the registration page.
Can anyone post a suggestion here? I’m not the web person, just the event coordinator.
Can you check with the web person that set the site up about whether there is a feature of the site where it serves up a cached version of the site? It may be the cache needs to be updated.
