I’m trying to use the following to show all my events in Michigan:
[ESPRESSO_EVENTS order_by=”state,27″]
My event is setup with a venue state value of Michigan. I looked in the database and it has an ID of 27, but it is not appearing on my page.
Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Matt,
First off, the category-slug is for event categories, not venue ones, so you will need to make sure that the event has the appropriate category.
I think that the combination you are using may not work together, especially if you list contains multiple categories.
I also think you are trying to only display the events from Michigan? If so, then applying the category to those events and then using the following shortcode should do the trick
[ESPRESSO_EVENTS category_slug=”michigan” order_by=”id”]
Obviously your category slug may be different to the one in the example.
