The event list plugin is only showing 3 events when these 3 events have multiple dates and times. I need all dates and times showing in the event list. I am using the toggle-template. You can view the event list here… deservicesaztraining.com just inspect the page as a mobile phone and the event list will load half way down the page or so.

Hi,
You can add show_all_datetimes=true to the shortcode and it will make it so each event’s datetime displays within each event’s entry.

Hello there Josh, I have made it so the available spaces are shown on the event list because I was under the impression it would list all of the events date an times like it does on the calendar. Is there any way to have the event dates list as individual rows? I am only using the list template for mobile devices because the calendar doesn’t show up well on the smaller screens.
Do you have a fix for the list or do you have a suggestion for displaying the calendar on mobile devices?

To view the dates on the toggle template you have to click on the event name, which means if you do the above, you’ll have X number of events showing up which the user needs to click on to view the date of and click register on the one they found… which then links to the exact same page that each other instance of the event listed links to.
Adding show_all_datetimes=true to the shortcode lists all of the dates in a single instance of an event which seems like a better option here as otherwise, you’re creating more work for you users to find the event they want even though all of them link to the same page.
It is possible to change the output of the toggle view template, but you’ll need to create your own custom version of the template to output a new line for each DateTime within an event.
I can give you details on how you can load a custom template but we can’t write customizations for you so changing the output will depend on if you are comfortable with PHP or not?
