Hi, there are some template settings for Event Espresso 3 in WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> Template Settings. Several of those apply to the event listings page. — |

Thanks, I just played around in there. I was able to make it the workshops show up shorter but is still large bubbles for each event… See:http://endeavourcentre.org/event-registration/ I would really like it to appear as a table/list as show on your website. How do i make this happen? Can the staff/instructor be listed on this table as well? |
Hi, the default event list page has its own styling. A table list format could be setup by installing the custom templates add-on (available as a download from your account page). Then it should be activated and a shortcode can then be added to a specific WordPress page: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/custom-template-add-on/#eventstable — |

Is the custom templates add-on included in the EE4 everything license? |
Hi, The custom template add-on is for Event Espresso 3. The events table view template is included in the Event Espresso 4 everything support license. — |

So I managed to get a table/list view. Would still need some working on. 3 questions 1- It gives the option to register or to add to cart. If they add to cart will the system still collect all the registration info? Thanks |
Hi, the add to cart feature is part of the multiple events registration add-on: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/multiple-event-registration-add-on/ It creates a shopping cart experience which allows a registrant to register for multiple events before entering there registration information and completing registration checkout. Pretty URLs are not supported in Event Espresso 3. This is an example of a URL in EE3: example.com/event-registration/?ee=1724 Pretty URLs are supported in Event Espresso 4. Here is an example: example.com/events/my-new-event/ An event entry is added to the list table. If this is split into multiple events, then each entry will appear. — |

Thanks, a few questions left unanswered… 3- If i have a workshop that runs for two days. It s only showing the first day in the table? Is there a way to show all days? Ex. if the workshop is feb 20,21,22 it is only showing feb 20. This question pertains to one event. It is a workshop that is delivered over 5 non consecutive days… but it is just one workshop…so can the actual dates be show in the table? ( it is not a event with multiple events going on at a larger event) 2- I don;t need a pretty link. I just mean that from the table view of events i can;t click on the event name and go the the page that describes the event… Does this make sense? JEn |

Hi Jen, Normally the table only shows the start date in the table, and displays the event in one row even if it spans several days. If you want it to display another row for each day, you could create an event for each day, but set the alternate registration URL to the event’s first date. Or look at using the calendar, which will display the event across the dates. Re:
It sounds like something isn’t set up correctly. Do you have the main registration page set up with the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode? |
