O evento já estava configurado e registrando bem, com aproximadamente 600 inscritos, mas derrepente parou de funcionar e agora não está exibindo mais na lista de eventos.

The event was already set up and recording as well, with about 600 subscribers, but suddenly stopped working and now is not displaying more in the event list.

Yes, but now with the absence of the event, only appears the button “detalhes” (details) and not the event name with the option to register.
It is also appearing the below error, allowing not create new events.

The page above will show multiple events in a listing format.
That then leads to a single page such as this one:

Are you using a shortcode to display the event information on the original page where you reported this issue?

If so, please double-check that you have set the template settings for Events –> Templates –> Event Listing to display the ticket selector:

I found the problem!
The city of our hosting provider suffered a disaster (heavy rains, hail, strong winds) that damaged the infrastructure of the data center. Since yesterday was unstable, it affected the relationship with the database. I’m checking and now its ok.
