Having a problem with the formatting of an event when not logged into wordpress.

When logged in the formatting is correct and the navigation/header is visible but when logged out all formatting is lost and the navigation/header disappears along with the ‘Submit’ button for registration. Link to example below. Any ideas on why this is happening and/or how to fix this?

Hi David,

I was able to see this issue on my end. Could you try temporarily disabling all plugins and reactivating Event Espresso and then checking in another web browser?

Does the issue go away? If so, please reactivate your plugins one by one to find the source of the conflict.

Hi Lorenzo,

I deactivated the event espresso plugin and reactivated it, viewing on a different browser and it has the same issue.

I went through deactivating all other plugins, one by one and refreshing my event espresso event page each time but even with all other plugins deactivated it has the same issue. Is there another possible solution?

Hi David,

The issue you are seeing is from enabling the recaptcha feature in Event Espresso > General Settings and then leaving the recaptcha API key fields blank. You can resolve this in either of these two ways:

1) Disable recaptcha

2) Get API keys from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin#whyrecaptcha and enter them in Event Espresso > General Settings.
