“Event” field No Longer In Registration CSV Reports Export

“Event” is no longer in the Registration CSV Reports which is what we use to get the roster for each class. So now we are unable to see which student belongs to which class without individually cross checking each individual event within Event Espresso. This change also disrupts / breaks the macro used for the Checklist Roster. Need to figure out why they made this change, how to reverse it back to original, and if they cannot revert it then how do we proceed with being able to identify the student and their class after exporting from EE.

Hi there,

Just noting here that the later versions of EE will only include the event name when NOT exporting the registrations for a specific event.

If you go to Event Espresso -> Registrations, apply any filters there (or none) and export the event name will be included for each specific registration.

However, if you go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Registrations (viewing registrations only for a specific event) and export those, it will not include the event name.

I’ll create a ticket to discuss this further with the team as I’m not sure what that specific column is excluded there.

I’ve added a snippet to the site to always include the Event Name in the CSV and work around this for the time being.
