Hi there,
How could we offer an extra charge a user could check off on registration? This would then of course increase the final purchase price by the price we determine for this extra charge.

Hi there,
We don’t have anything like that in core without using an additional type type that the user selects.
However, there is a 3rd Party ‘Price Modifier’ add-on which is available here:
http://aparnascodex.com/downloads/price-modifier-for-event-espresso-4/
That add-on adds a ‘value’ to questions you ask on the registration form and if the user selects the question that value is added to the transaction, is that what you are looking for?

We have the EE3 price modifier add-on:

Which is available through the pre-release channel:

Note that add-on is not compatible with the EE3 Multi Event Registration add-on.
