Hi,
We received your request for priority support. I checked, and your web server is running PHP 5.6. Not only is PHP 5.6 very slow, it’s also no longer getting security fixes.
I can advise to contact your web host and request an update to PHP 7 (preferably PHP 7.2.28 or newer). Your site will run much faster and also be more secure after updating to PHP 7.

Hi Josh,
We updated the php and it is still working slowly AND is also getting an error (this is not new, this was happening before the php update). Can I email you the error message from wordpress.
It does seem to be working but I wish to resolve this please.

You can reply here with the error (set to “Set as private reply”).
A few things: 1) Your site is running a very old version of Event Espresso.
2) Your site has more than a few customized plugins for sending additional information to Infusionsoft.
You could update to the current version of Event Espresso (and updated your other plugins while you’re at it). Then, if the select tickets and registration pages are still slow, you could try temporarily deactivating the custom plugins to see if that makes a difference.
