Event Expresso – Members Addon Plugin Showing Duplicate Purchase in User Profile

Hoping the forum can help or at least guide us as to next steps.

We’re using Event Expresso v3.1.37.17.P + Event Expresso – Members Addon v1.9.8 on our site. The Members Addon plugin is displaying in the user profile that they purchased/paid twice for an event registration.

However, when we check the back-end of the site (USER profile + Event registrants) it shows that they only paid once which is correct. However, there appears to be a bug as to what is being pulled into the front-end.

Our WP developer advises that this looks like a bug in the plugin. Can anyone advise or assist how to resolve, please?

You’re searching for ‘owen’ but the join is in the users_id which may not be using the same name.

If you open the INvoice for each of those registration and hover over the Pay Online link, is it exactly the same link for each?
