Hi,

We are currently using Event Espresso – Stripe Gateway (EE 4.6.0+) on our site, with up to date plugins. Whenever a payment is made, the client is not sent a receipt. Is there a way to enable the plugin to send a receipt? Likewise, the Stripe payment record states: “No email sent — No email address for this payment”

Hi there,

The plugin can be enabled to send a Payment Received notification email message, and you can include a shortcode which builds a link they can click on to download a receipt. Here’s an example of how to use that shortcode:

<a href="[RECEIPT_URL]">Click here to download your receipt</a>
