Event Espresso REST API WRITE

Hi

There isnt much I could find in the docs regarding this. So thought I’d ask on here.

Is there a API that allows registration of users to an event. ie I will need to write into EE with a new attendee registration and genereate a ticket and qr code for the new attendee
