Hi,
Event Espresso Requirements Check is being flagged up by Wordfence as a possible problem.
The Plugin “Event Espresso Requirements Check” appears to be abandoned (updated 28/11/2017, tested to WP 4.9.13).
Type: Plugin Abandoned
Is it still required or can I remove it?

Hi Phil,
That plugin has never been required, it’s a plugin you use to run through some checks on your server to confirm if it meets the minimum requirements to run EE and output some details if not.
It was intended to be run, you address the issues it shows and then delete it.
So yes, you can remove it 🙂

Hi Phil,
Please remove it. It was never required. There is no need to run the requirements check plugin on a site for more than a few minutes to review its report.
