Event Espresso Payment Methods Not Displaying

I’m having an issue where if I click on Event Espresso > Settings > Payment Methods, the payment tabs like PayPal won’t display. “Payment Methods, Settings, and Logs” show up fine but below nothing shows. I tried deactivating all plug-ins and themes but still not working. I tried creating a new account on the same host and works fine but for some reason on this install the payment methods won’t display. Any ideas?

Hi,

If the difference between the two accounts is user capabilites, the fix will be to go to to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset, then you click the Reset Event Espresso Capabilities button.
