Event Espresso not sending Confirmation Emails

Transaction gateway through paypal works, but it’s not sending confirmation emails. I need to address this in the next few hours.

Hi Barbara,

How are you today?

Check a couple things:

1) Do you have your email address in the Primary Contact Email field of Event Espresso > General Settings page
2) Make sure you have the confirmation email settings on: http://www.screencast.com/t/rgN0p0O3N5 or that you know when you have the confirmation email set to send.
3) Do you have Fancy Headers turned on? You might need to turn those off if your server doesn’t support them.

Hey there,

We’re live. Today we’re amping to make this entire build out a success.

1) Yes there’s an email address
2) Confirmation Emails is ON
3) Use Fancy Headers is OFF

Looking for more suggestions ASAP.

Are you getting other emails from your site? E.g. when someone posts a comment do you receive an email notification? Do you have anything in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates ?
