Event Espresso not properly working with InfusionSoft

Hello, I have Event Espresso connected to my Website and InfusionSoft account to create events on my website and sell tickets. However, anyone who tries to purchase tickets is getting an error at checkout. When I create an event using event espresso it does not properly create a product in InfusionSoft. It will create 3 correctly and any more than 3 will overwrite the other products. I have spoken with InfusionSoft and the following is what they recommended to me: If the event is being created through the API (As this is the case) then the best course of action would be to reach out to Espresso Event and have them look at the API call looking for any errors or such. It is almost as if the event is not being saved and sent properly before the other one is created. I am unable to see why that is the case, but the Espresso Event should be able to look at the API Body and Header to see what was sent and received to correct the issue.
