We changed provider. Now only messages of EE4 are not sent. All other forms work fine. I installed FluentSMTP, but that does not work. Is there a solution? Has it something to do with a code I need to change.

is an issue with the translation files you are using.
Can you please confirm if you are using custom translation files?
You can check if they have any in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages

Found the problem. EE4 does not work with php 8. Switched back to 7.4 and now it functions again. Weird.

Hi there,
Event Espresso works fine with PHP8.X (I’m currently using PHP8.3) but the error you are getting is indeed being caused by PHP8 along with a translation on your site.
Do you have custom translation files within /wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages/?
If so, grab the latest PO and MO files from here:
https://translate.eventespresso.com/projects/event-espresso-4/nl/event-espresso-nl_nl/
Direct link for MO available HERE
Upload that to the above location and then make sure the name is event-espresso-4-nl_NL.mo.
That should fix it.
