This morning my server has decided to send many Emails to all my members.
Why ?
On my “Event Espresso – Message Activity” I can see all the messages sent by server without my order.
I don’t understand.

Hi Nicolas,
Does it say which type of message was sent? There are some message types (like the Batch message type) that send on a later request. So if you initiated a batch message earlier it may take some time before those get sent out.

Yes it is a batch message on “type” colomn.
I don’t be sure that my automatic message are received by my members but this is the second time that the phenomena comes suddendly in one year !
Do you have an help rubric for automatic messages ?
I don’t if it is possible but I would like to send a message just after inscription and 2 days before the event.
Do you have some instructions about this and is it possible with EE4 licence ?

Hi there,
Automatic messages isn’t a feature yet but there is an add-on that’s available for beta testing. It’s available to download from your account page if you opt-in to the pre-release channel. There’s some documentation on how to set up automatic upcoming event reminder messages in this wiki:
